Cloud-Based and Automated School Forms and Reporting System
Tutorials

Get started in a few simple steps.

Follow the steps below for your role — advisers get a short video walkthrough for each one. Every role also has its own User's Guide inside the system.

For Advisers

  1. Register and complete your profile

Create your teacher account, then select your school and set up your section under Complete Profile.

  2. Upload your students

From your dashboard, upload your class list so every learner is on file with their LRN.

  3. Enter Term Ratings

Use the Ratings page to record each student's grades per term.

  4. Attendance Marking for SF2

Use the Attendance page to record daily attendance per section for SF2.

  5. Arrange your subjects (optional)

Group subjects into Core and Elective, and set the order they appear in on the gradesheet, SF9, and SF10.

  6. Print your reports

Generate SF9, SF10, rankings, and report cards from the Reports tab whenever you need them.

For Subject Teachers

  1. Register and join your school

Create your teacher account and choose Subject Teacher, then select your school under Complete Profile.

  2. Get your assignments

The class adviser (or the registrar or principal) assigns you to the subjects and sections you teach. They appear under My Assignment. No section set up yet? Start a Private List and reconcile it later.

  3. Enter ratings and your own attendance

Open a class for a term to enter ratings, record your per-period attendance, and press Send to Adviser so the adviser can see it.

  4. Record behavior notes

Log dated anecdotal observations for your classes. A mistaken entry is retracted with a reason, never deleted.

For Principals & Officers

Officers are the Principal, Registrar, Assistant Principal, Guidance Counselor and Grade Level Head.

  1. Start from Home

Your Home page shows school-wide counts, and a tile outlined in gold needs action. The left menu lists everything your title can open; use Find a feature to jump to a page.

  2. Promote your Officers (principal)

On Accounts, press Promote as… to make a teacher or staff member an Assistant Principal (by department), Grade Level Head (by grade, 4 to 12), Registrar or Guidance Counselor. The person keeps their own account and class tools.

  3. Delegate more access (principal)

On Settings, tick the areas you want to hand to an Officer. It stays until you remove it, and a log records every change.

  4. Back up your school's data (principal)

Also on Settings, press Download school backup (Excel) to save one workbook of your school's own records. Keep it private.

  5. Run the school's records

Depending on your title: manage sections and accounts, assign subjects, build the class schedule, upload the monthly DTR, manage enrollment, and open Subject Statistics, Awards and the consolidated SF2 and SF7.

For Guidance Counselors

  1. Get your title

Your school's principal promotes your account to Guidance Counselor from Accounts. You then see a Guidance section in the left menu.

  2. Read anecdotal records

Open Anecdotal records to see every learner with behavior entries, concerns first, and open a learner for the full log by month.

  3. Open referrals

See the Guidance Referrals advisers created, and open the printable form for each one.

  4. Check attendance

See each section's attendance for the month, learners flagged for repeated absences, and each learner's absent, late and cutting-class counts. Everything in Guidance is read-only.

For Non-Teaching Staff

  1. Register as Non-Teaching

Create your account and choose Non-Teaching. No Officer title is needed for your own records.

  2. Time in and out, and your time record

Use Geofence to time in and out from the school grounds, and Tools → Daily Time Record for your Form 48.

  3. Enrollment queue (if assigned)

If the registrar assigned you to review enrollment applications, they appear under My Enrollment Queue.

For Parents & Guardians

  1. Register with the learner's LRN

Sign up with the learner's Learner Reference Number, the learner's full name, and your own name and relationship to the learner. The LRN has to match a record the adviser has already uploaded.

  2. Wait for approval

The learner's adviser (or a registrar) checks the learner and guardian names against the class record, then approves the account before you can log in.

  3. View ratings and acknowledge each term

Once approved, log in anytime to see the learner's Academic Ratings as teachers enter grades, and tap Acknowledge for each term — your acknowledgement appears on the SF9.

Common questions

I forgot my password, or my account was deactivated

For a forgotten password, use the password reset link on the login page to reset it yourself by email. If your account was deactivated, your school's registrar or the adviser who manages your account can reactivate it from their side — they can also reach us directly through Contact Us.

How do I find a page or feature?

Use the menu on the left (the ☰ button on a phone). Tap the small arrow beside a section to see the pages inside it, or type in Find a feature at the top of the menu. The Ask for help button at the bottom corner answers common questions for your role.

I'm a teacher and also an Officer. Where is the school menu?

Use the Switch Role button beside your account icon to move between your class tools and the school-admin view. You keep your own account in both.

What can each Officer title open?

The Principal opens everything and promotes and delegates. A Registrar opens learners' records and school data. An Assistant Principal opens learners, instruction setup and people for their departments. A Grade Level Head views learners for their grades. A Guidance Counselor reads anecdotal records, referrals and attendance. The principal can hand any Officer more from Settings.

Can I import my class list from LIS?

Yes. On the Students upload page, choose your School Form 1 level (Elementary, Junior High or Senior High), pick the .xls or .xlsx file and press Read SF1. You review the class list before anything is saved.

Can I back up my school's records?

The principal can: on Settings, press Download school backup (Excel). The file holds only your school's records, without passwords or AI keys, and contains learners' personal information, so store it safely. Restoring data is done by the system administrator.

Is it free?

Every role is free for the whole of School Year 2026–2027. Parent / Guardian and non-officer Non-Teaching accounts are always free. See the Pricing page for the plans that start afterward.
